How do I manage the individuals under my business membership?

For Business Contacts!

You must add individual employees from your organization to your Business Member profile in order for them to take advantage of Professional Member benefits and discounts!

1) Log into the business account on the member portal: https://apse.site-ym.com/default.aspx

The top right should read, "Welcome, ( business name)". If you see your name first, then you are logged into your personal account and not the account of the business. 

If you do not know the login information for the business account, please contact info@apse.org

2) Under Information & Settings, you will see a Business Member Professionals tab at the top of the box. 

3) Inviting new members to sign up under the business account. Send them the Direct Link to join or enter their email addresses in the box.

4) Adding current or former members of APSE under the business account: please contact info@apse.org

5) Suspend members by clicking the next to their name.

5) Remove individuals from the account by clicking the 

next to their name.

6) Register individuals under your account for the conference or other events by clicking the

next to their name and logging in as the individual.
